Commercial gyms, hopefully nearing defunct Crossfit “boxes”, A never ending list of sweat, dance and poorly[at best] designed exercise “classes” and an ad infinitum list of the overtrained, chronically injured and a true lack of any muscular growth. Never ending use of performance enhancing drugs and boatloads of drug induced training misinformation are the mainstay of the commercial training environment. Trainers that promote their prowess by bringing the “light” to their drugged -up clients.
